Implementations
A NetSuite implementation led by the people who will support it afterward.
We implement NetSuite for growing companies moving off QuickBooks, Sage, or an older ERP. A senior solution architect leads the project from requirements through go-live, and the same team stays on for support.
- Best for
- Companies moving to NetSuite from QuickBooks, Sage, or a legacy ERP
- Starts with
- Discovery sessions and a business requirements document
- Pricing
- Implementation and first-year support combined in one monthly fee
Signs this is the right fit
If more than one of these sounds familiar, it is worth a conversation.
- Month-end close depends on spreadsheets and manual journal entries
- You are running more than one entity, currency, or location
- Inventory, orders, and billing live in separate systems
- Reporting means exporting data and building it by hand
- Your current system cannot keep up with transaction volume
Going live in just two months on a greenfield implementation of this scale is remarkable. We now have a unified platform supporting 57 companies with clean, migrated data and robust reporting capabilities, and Paul's contributions were a major reason for that success.

Common questions
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the number of entities, modules, and integrations. After discovery you get a dated project plan with phases and milestones, so there are no open-ended timelines.
Do you sell NetSuite licenses?
We help you scope which modules and editions you actually need, then you license through NetSuite directly. Our role is design, build, and support.
How much time will our team need to give?
Expect regular working sessions during discovery and testing. We will name the people we need, when, and for how long in the project plan.
What happens after go-live?
You move into Admin-as-a-Service with the same people who built the system, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
