Expansion & Roadmapping

Grow your NetSuite account as the business grows.

New entities, new products, acquisitions, and new modules all change what NetSuite needs to do. We plan the changes as a roadmap, then configure them without disrupting the processes that already work.

  • You are adding a subsidiary, country, or currency
  • An acquisition needs to be brought into NetSuite
  • You licensed a module that was never turned on
  • Revenue, billing, or inventory has outgrown the original setup
  • You need a plan for the next 12 to 18 months

How it works

1

2

Prioritize

A roadmap ranked by business value, effort, and dependencies.

3

Deliver

Each change designed, built, and tested in sandbox before release.

Common questions

Do we need a roadmap before adding a module?

Not always. For a single, well-defined change we can scope it directly. A roadmap helps when several changes depend on each other.

Can you help evaluate whether we need a module at all?

Yes. We look at what the module would replace and whether existing features already cover the need.

How do you avoid disrupting the current setup?

All work is built and tested in sandbox, and each release includes a cutover and rollback plan.
